ENGLISH and ITALIAN clips

I’m almost done with my workout and I was looking for someone to tell me how I’m doing. There isn’t even a mirror in here, but then I found you.

Perfect: you weigh 58 kg, just what I was looking for for my exercises. The barbell in the weight room broke, so I’ll use you instead of the barbell.

I lift him up, put him on my shoulders, do squats with him on my shoulders, use him for my biceps, for my hamstrings, for my legs. He’s my new gym machine, this l*ttle guy.

I make him jump, drag him around, pull him up by the neck with just one arm—he’s so small that my shoes are as big as his whole torso.

In the end, I use him as a footrest. At least that way he’s somewhat useful, even if he doesn’t understand a damn thing.

Ho quasi finito il mio allenamento e cercavo qualcuno che mi dicesse come sto. Non c'è nemmeno uno specchio qui dentro, ma p*i ti ho trovato lui.

Perfetto: pesa 58 kg, proprio quello che cercavo per i miei esercizi. Il bilanciere in sala pesi si è rotto, quindi userò lui al posto del bilancere.

Lo sollevo, lo metto sulle spalle, faccio squat con lui sulle spalle, lo uso per i bicipiti, per i femorali, per le gambe. è il mio nuovo macchinario da palestra, questo piccoletto.

Lo faccio saltare, lo trascino, lo tiro su dal collo con un solo braccio, è così piccolo che le mie scarpe sono grandi quanto tutto il suo busto.

Alla fine lo uso come podio per i miei piedi. Almeno così è un po' utile, anche se non capisce un cazzo.
