You know breakfast is the most important meal of the day. So the day begins like any other morning. I calmly prepare my breakfast and move around barefoot in my Birkenstock with the red straps and the white soles, wearing my jeans skirt.

But then it happens. Something falls down. Without noticing what is already on the floor, I continue. A slice of cucumber here. Some yogurt there. Milk slowly spreading beneath me. Step by step, everything begins to change.

I keep preparing without realizing what I have already crushed and what is already beneath me until it is far too late. Soft textures give in instantly as I step forward and press deeper. What once was breakfast slowly disappears under my soles.

You see how effortlessly I flatten everything. How careless steps turn into quiet mashing. How crushing happens along the way. By the end, my once clean white soles carry the traces of everything that now lies beneath them.

Du weißt ja, Frühstück ist d*e wichtigste Mahlzeit des Tages. Also beginnt der Tag wie jeder andere Morgen. Ich bereite mein Frühstück ganz in Ruhe zu und bewege mich barfuß in meinen Birkenstock mit den roten Riemchen und den weißen Sohlen, trage meinen Jeansrock.

Doch dann passiert es, Etwas fällt herunter. Ohne zu bemerken, was bereits auf dem Boden liegt, mache ich weiter. Eine Gurkenscheibe hier. Etwas Joghurt dort. Milch, d*e sich langsam unter mir verteilt. Schritt für Schritt verändert sich alles.

Ich bereite weiter zu, ohne zu merken, was ich bereits alles zertreten habe und was bereits unter mir liegt, bis es längst zu spät ist. Weiche Strukturen geben sofort nach, wenn ich auftrete und tiefer hineindrücke. Was einmal Frühstück war, verschwindet langsam unter meinen Sohlen.

Du siehst, wie mühelos ich alles platt mache. Wie unbedachte Schritte zu stillem Matschen werden. Wie Zertreten ganz nebenbei geschieht. Am Ende tragen meine einst sauberen weißen Sohlen d*e Spuren von allem, was nun unter mir liegt.
