Prelude: Jennifer Walters is a hopeful fitness model that Peter Parker met at the gym. Peter thinks she has what it takes to be a fitness model, "I'm a cardio girl," Jennifer dissmissively replies. Peter then tells her about the fame that comes along with being a fitness model, the big cash prize "if" she can manage the grueling training for the contest. Jennifer sees stars, she is determined to win.

Missa opens the door, Jennifer, the new model is right on time. Missa's face drops when she sees her. Jennifer looks rail thin, there isn't a muscle in her body, let alone enough to be a fitness model. Missa leads her into the studio and she feels panicked. Missa is the number one fitness trainer, and she needs another win, this string bean isn't going to make the cut. Missa gropes her body to check for muscles, Jennifer is shocked at how impolite Missa is! "Go to the bathroom and get changed."

Missa knows that the only way to get this girl in shape is to give her the gamma protein pills. They haven't been tested by the FDA, but she's desperate! There is no time to find a better candidate, she has to take them.

Jennifer is hesitant to take the glowing pills but Missa shoves them in her mouth and tells her to "drop and give me 10." Missa puts her foot on Jennifer's back while the gamma begins to pulse through her body. Missa insultingly hops on her back, slapping her skinny *ss to move faster. Jennifer fumes with rage, she grow, grow, grows muscles and humbles Missa.

Jennifer is transformed into the She Hulk, her clothing ripped to shreds, and she admires her new green body. Her demeanor is assertive instead of mousey, her sexuality is fierce, and the taste of revenge is sweet. Missa stands up and she notices Jennifer's new look, "you're perfect! you're going to be the perfect model, we're going to be rich!" Mandy c*nt busts her, lifts her up and slams her to the ground. "I don't need you. I don't need anyone."
