Alena arrives for a job interview in a grey blazer and plaid mini skirt: the position is shrinking people and taking them out, and she knows she is perfect for it. The boss does not even want to hear her out. He says she is not strong enough, not qualified, and she demands a proper interview. When he still refuses, she offers a demo on her way out.

She spots the Shrink Ray 2005 on his desk, picks it up and, oops, it is on. He drops to the floor, a l*ttle cockroach at her feet. From his point of view she towers over him, looks down and picks the interview back up: maybe she is not the best candidate after all, but she is much bigger than him now. She lifts him up between her fingers, tells him he is a terrible manager and that it is only fair to put him out, then sets him down and crushes him under the sole of her pointed shoe, half of him at a time, until he is gone.

Now she has a problem: this is his place and she just annihilated him. She sweeps the apartment for anyone else and finds his wife, who is much taller than him, so Alena shrinks her too and tells her she looks bite-sized, then opens wide and brings her to her mouth. A noise gives away one more person hiding, the stepson. She chases him down, shrinks him smaller, picks him up and promises to deliver him right to his stepmom and stepdad.

With the whole company gone she declares herself the boss, and heads off to redecorate her new office.
