Alena's tiny step-nephew has come to visit, and he arrives right after she has eaten. From his point of view down at her feet, her bloated belly towers over him. She lifts her grey top and compares: he is tiny next to her big, full belly. When he says it looks as big as a giant, she turns it into a game.

First he is J*ck and her belly is the beanstalk: he climbs up the soft slope, bounces on it like a trampoline and reaches the crater at the top, her belly button. She offers to let him cocoon under her belly fat where he would be hidden and safe, but it is too dark in there for him. Next she explains how she swallows her food whole, like a duck, in one gulp, and he decides she sounds like a video game final boss. So she plays the boss: she pretends she has just defeated him in an epic battle, opens wide and goes to swallow him, then laughs that they are only playing, because nothing comes out once it goes into her belly.

The main event is Mount Everest. With his hiking boots on he starts at the base and climbs the big slippery belly, rests halfway, and makes it to the summit, where the belly button is now a volcano pit. He looks down into the deep bl*ck crater while she warns him about lava and earthquakes. The mountain shakes and bounces him into the air, and she threatens that if he does not hold on she will swallow him like a giant taco to keep him safe. Her belly keeps growing as the bloat builds, towering over him more and more, and he takes his tiny steps around it while it rumbles.

She picks him up high, drops him onto the soft belly to prove it will not hurt, and keeps him away from the belly button so he does not get stuck. When her hungry belly rumbles again she decides to go eat a lot more to make it even bigger, and tucks him into her top so she will not lose him on the way.
