At one point when he's in a headlock again, his eyes start to roll back for a second before he snaps out of it, but he's clearly wearing down. She pinches his nose to stop him from breathing and obscures his mouth breathing. The intermittent oxygen deprivation is starting to have an effect on him, and his movements getting slower.

"Ha, l*ttle b*tch! Who's my b*tch now?"

He struggles to break free, but She keeps him in the head scissor and rolls Her body around, making the j*rk's body follow. She jumps up onto his face, sm*thering him and pinning his shoulders with Her knees, his body wriggling around under Her.
