Miss Dot and Her protogé, Goddess Vixen X have just changed into their workout clothes and are in their living room with a sl*ve lying as ordered nearby on its back, with a blinding hood on and hands cuffed behind its back. Goddess Vixen asks Miss Dot:

"So You really wrestled in high school? Wow! Would you show me a few holds and moves?"

Miss Dot smiles and tells Her "That's a great idea! I mean, We do have a practice dummy right here. Sl*ves can be used for whatever you can dream up"

She climbs on top of the sl*ve, straddling its head with both of Her powerful thighs on either side of its head. She grabs the back of its head with both hands and starts pulling up, causing the sl*ve to groan in p*in:

"So this is just a basic leg ch*ke-hold that's a great way to cut off the carotid artery and both his airways. See? The more I squeeze, the more the sl*ve starts to groan. Now you try"

Goddess Vixen gets on top of the sl*ve the same way and squeezes even harder with Her toned, 18-year-old thighs. She keeps squeezing and pulling up on the sl*ve's head until finally Miss Dot tells Her to stop or She may *njure the sl*ve as he's ch*king and gasping for air. Miss Dot pulls the sl*ve up so its sitting and then wraps an arm around its neck:

"This a basic arm chokehold. It's pretty easy, You just wrap your arm around the neck, put the adams applie right in the crook of your arm, then grab that arm with the other one, now squeeze"

She shows Her and then Goddess Vixen tries, but squeezes much, much harder, making the sl*ve gasp and make strange noises in it's throat. Miss Dot loves it though:

"Oh that's nice...yes, You can just keep squeezing harder and harder until they're out, but we want to keep this one awake for now"

She finally releases the sl*ve, who flops onto the mat, exhausted and acting semi-conscious. Miss Dot gets along side the sl*ve and slides a leg under it:

"Now this is a classic scissor hold. One leg under and the other over, with the head right above your knees, in between your thighs. Here, you try"

Goddess Vixen takes the sl*ve's head in between Her legs and squeezes as hard as She can, making the sl*ve squeal in p*in, but Miss Dot tells Her if She can hear the sl*ve, then She's not doing it hard enough. So She presses on until the sl*ve is almost out.

"Something else that's fun is a variation on the leg chokehold, You just sm*ther the sl*ve's airways with Your p*ssy. Or, You can turn around and do it with Your *ss too."

She sm*thers the sl*ve's face both ways, then has Goddess Vixen try it, who sits on his face while Miss Dot takes a seat on the sl*ve's chest, using it as human furniture.

"So we can both use the sl*ve at once also. Or to stretch, or just relax." They take a break, each one taking turns sm*thering the sl*ve under their sweaty, yoga pants-covered p*ssies and *sses. Then take turns doing a series of squats over the sl*ve's face, making it kiss their *ss, thank them and count each repetition.

They do the final series of squats together and finish sitting on the sl*ve's face with both of their sweaty, booty-short-covered *sses. Finally having had enough, they sit up and leave the gasping, yoga-mat sl*ve there.
