Two female police officers are sent on a routine noise complaint c*ll that ends up being anything but routine. They stumble onto a man who had just robbed a bank. He puts them through an ordeal that neither had ever anticipated when they signed on to the police department.

Sgt. Rachel Adams and Sr. Officer Brianne Blu work for the Metro Police Department and have been partners for some time now. Adams is in her office checking the computer when Blu arrives. She's late again. She apologizes and explains that she needs her morning coffee before she can function and that's why she's late. This has happened before so Adams isn't surprised.

They talk about how it's been slow lately and that the calls are really a waist of time and police resources. Not worth the trouble. Just then the phone rings and they get an assignment-noise complaint, just the type of thing that they were just talking about.

Just as that is happening, the bad guy has just robbed a bank and gotten away clean. He arrives home to count his money. The partners have also arrived at this address, a hotel with many rooms and apartments to check. They agree to split up to find the noise so they can take care of it and get out of there. They have better things to do.

Blu goes one way, Adams the other, but neither finds any noise anywhere. As Blu is walking down the hallway, looking and listening, she sees an open door. It's the robber's place and he has carelessly forgotten to close the door. Blu knocks, hears nothing and enters. The guy surprises her from behind. She definitely shouldn't have gone in there.

When Officer Blu comes to, she finds that she is hogtied on the goons' floor. Bound with zip ties and her own handcuffs. She's been disarmed of course, and struggles to get free, but nothing doing. Meanwhile, Sgt. Adams had completed her rounds and is now looking for Off. Blu so they can compare notes and hopefully leave the premises.

Adams also finds the same open door and enters to find her partner bound and on the floor. As Adams starts to untie Blu the guy gets the drop on Adams as well. Now SHE's tied up and neither of them is going anywhere any time soon. The guy makes a plan to escape the area. He obviously can't stick around now with two cops tied up in this living room.

He changes their bindings and position to chairs bound with duct tape and gags too of course.

Next it's back to the floor where they are tied sitting back to back, gagged with cloth strips. They protest as much as they can, but can't get free. He doesn't realize that they weren't looking for him in the first place but it doesn't matter. This just happens to be a crazy coincidence. If he had only locked his door, none of this would have happened. Too late now.

He takes them to the bathroom where they are tied on the floor and again left to struggle. They gag-talk and commiserate about their predicament. As they attempt to untie one another he comes in carrying his money. He's finally ready to get out of there, but he has to put them through one last indignation. He tells them that he has been listening to their radio and no one is looking them! He leaves-they get angry-they get loose-they storm out! Missing and no one cares!
