Officer Rachel Adams has discovered corruption in the ranks of the vary police department she works for, and her partner is in danger of getting caught up in it. She is bound and determined to uncover evidence that will put those corrupt cops away before her partner gets in too deep.

Detective Glenn of R obbery D ivision, and his partner, Detective Thomas, are the ring leaders of a crew of very corrupt cops and have been getting away with a lot of nefarious and dangerous things f or quite some time. Adams thinks she knows where he keep s his records so she hatches a plan.

Adams goes to Glenn’s house, when she knows he’s working, and picks his lock to get into his place. She’s breaking the law herself and it coul d turn out badly for her if she’s caught , but she knows he’s got some evidence of his crimes and she’s determined to find it and expose him and his whole operation.

She looks around for a bit and finds what she’s looking for, and entire folder of records, receipts, and rosters. JACKPOT! Unfortunately for her he has returned home, just as s he was about to leave, and catches her with the folder. There is a confrontation in which he overpowers her, catching her and cuffing her to the chair with a rag in her mouth so she can’t c*ll out. He has to think, what to do next? The evidence she found could put him away for a very long time.

He takes her into the living room where he ties her up, with rope this time, so she won’t escape and he can think. That tie turns into a hogtie, which keeps her restrained and quiet , for now. He decides that the bedroom would be a better location, and she’s again hogtied, this time on the bed. All the while she’s struggling and trying to cry out , but to no avail. He takes her to the bathroom and duct tapes her up and down and gagged too. Duct tape all over.

Glenn gets on the phone with Thomas to deliver the bad news and to plan their next move. They decide that she should be brought to their stash house to be made to "disappear". Too bad but it’s necessary. He goes into the bathroom to get her ready to move.

Getting her ready meant keeping her as tied up as possible, but making sure she can at least walk to the car, but not to arouse suspicion form anyone who may be around to see. He puts a scarf around her face, covering the gag, and puts her in a hoodie. No one can see she’s tied up . No one can see she’s in uniform and in a predicament not of her own making. But,

just as he’s about to leave with his captive, her colleagues come to her rescue with lights and sirens blaring. It seems as though Glenn’s operation and crew have been under surveillance for some time, and they have just been waiting for the right time to close in.

Saving Rachel’s life was the right time! With the evidence she discovered, Glenn and the other " tarnished badges" will be going away for a very long time.
