Alexa is on her back, legs slightly bent, hands over her head, sucking in her belly, with ribs showing in a sports bra. I tell her to suck in her belly further and further as much as she can.
I tell her to bl*w all air from her lungs and hold her breath. Then I tell her to suck in her belly while holding breathe... I cover her mouth and pinch her nose until she needs air and is going to lose it... I tell her to close her eyes when she needs to have a breath. I allow her a only a few breathes in and out and then repeat a hand over her mouth second time.
I tell Alexa to suck in her belly as far as she can you and I put an extremely tight belt around her belly at her navel making her very skinny! She says "That is tight... do you like my skinny belly"? I take the belt off.
Alexa tighten her abs and I stand on her belly full weight, feet across her belly... she says "You are crushing me... I can take it"... I tell her "Hold your breath" while I am on her belly. I let her have only a few breathes while I stay on top of her. Then I tell her "Hold the breathe" and I step off of her.
Alexa tighten her abs again. I stand on her belly with one-foot, full weight on her upper abs. I give her a quick break... I ask her "You want more? Can you take it"? I do not weight for an answer and step onto her belly, my toes facing her face and my heals facing her toes... once I am on her she says "I want more, I can take it"! I stay on her for up to 1 minute.
I tell Alexa to puff out her belly, then to suck it in as she catches her breath.
I tell her to suck in her belly and to put her finger on the bottom of her sternum. I put my heal under her finger on her sternum and slowly increase my weight. I push lightly and she says "More I can take it", I push deeper and she says "More". Lastly, I push with as much weight as she can take and still barely be able to breathe. She says "I cannot breathe". I step off and tell her to suck in her belly and I immediately step the same spot again until she is having trouble breathing... She says "I cannot breathe," I say "Yes, you can" and she says "Can't breathe, Can't breathe". She is barely able to speak. I step off of her. Lastly, she is breathing heavy, belly in and out, exaggerated.
