Alexa is on her back, sucking in her belly further than ever before showing her ribs and soft spot under her sternum
"I have been working hard Mistress"
"Looking good, but hold your breath"
I put my heal under her sternum and put as much weight pushing in as far as she can take. After a minimal break, I do it again, but longer this time.
I tell her to tighten her abs I stand on her, one foot across her lower belly and one foot on her upper belly, even weight on belly and lower ribs. I alternate from foot on belly to foot on ribs each time sinking in the belly and when shifting to ribs knocking the air out of her lungs.
I take a belt and tighten it around Alexa's lower rib cage under the sternum. I tell her to tighten her abs and fill her lungs with air and I stand on her belly full weight for 30 seconds. I repeat that.
I take the belt off Alexa for some hand over mouth action.
"Raise your right arm up straight in the air pointing at the sky.... suck in your belly" If I see her eyes close or her elbow breaks and her arm starts to fall I uncover her mouth and nose immediately.
"Bl*w all air out of lungs and hold your breath"
I give her only a 5 breathes in and out, and then repeat. Each time it is harder and shorter. She pushes herself gasping for air and belly contractions are visible. We do this 5 times.
Now it is my turn on the floor. It is time to see what I am capable of.
I say "That was Awesome, I can do that, I want to learn"
I lay on the floor and start suck in the belly as far as I can, showing my ribs and a soft spot under the sternum between the ribs.
Alexa puts her heal under my sternum and push in as far as she can while I suck in my belly.
Then she does on me 5 no air breath holds. While HOM, her only allows 5 breathes in and out recovery in between as I gasp for air.
Alexa puts the belt around my belly as tight as I can, fasten it and put her fist under my sternum, and push in as far as I can take it.
Alexa sits on my chest and control my breathing with her weight.
She gets off me and unfasten the belt.
