Sit down. A chair, nothing else. Strip for me first. I want you bare, exposed, and already a l*ttle pathetic before we even begin.

Now pick up the scuba mask. Put it on. Look at yourself in the mirror wearing it. Ridiculous, aren't you? A grown man in a diving mask, c*ck already twitching at the thought of pleasing me. That's exactly what I want. Humiliation and obedience in one perfect picture.

Hands on your knees. Eyes closed.

Now breathe for me. Quick, deep breaths. In and out, fast and sharp, for thirty seconds. Get lightheaded. Feel your chest rise and fall like you're already struggling. Thirty seconds. Go.

Keep going. Faster. Don't you dare slow down. I want your head spinning before we start.

Time's up. Take one big breath now. Fill those lungs c*mpletely, and hold it.

Hold. And while you hold, your hand goes to your c*ck. Stroke yourself. Slowly. Feel every inch of it as your lungs start to b*rn.

Hold it, and stroke. Don't you dare breathe. The b*rning in your chest is the only thing you're allowed to think about, and it's nothing compared to how much you want to c*m.

Time it with your phone. That's your starting point. Whatever number you get, remember it.

Now let go. Breathe. And you get exactly thirty seconds to rest. Thirty seconds, hands off your c*ck, catching your breath, staring at the ceiling. Go.
