Alright. In you come. On the table. On your side, knees up. Good. Now, this is a routine prostate exam. Nothing to be nervous about. You're going to feel my gloved finger, and I want you to breathe through it, because I don't like a patient who fights me.

Breathe in. And... in you go. Mm. There it is. Relax. You're doing better than most of my patients already. Most of them tense up the second I get close. You're being very good for me.

Now I'm going to press. Tell me if anything feels tender. Press... hold... and release. Hm. Interesting. Your prostate feels a l*ttle swollen. Nothing alarming, but it's full. You've been holding on to something, haven't you. A patient who's been *dging himself and doesn't want to admit it.

Let's feel the other side. Press. There. You flinched. Don't lie to your doctor. I felt that. Your body is very honest with me, even when your mouth isn't.

Actually... you know what? I don't think this needs to be a routine exam anymore. You came in for a checkup. But I've decided what you really came in for. And I'm the doctor, so my diagnosis is the only one that matters.

Let's c*ll this a treatment. And I'm going to milk that prostate until you're c*mpletely empty. Don't argue. Breathe. Good boy.

I'm going to find it again. There. Now I'm going to press, slow and steady, and you're going to feel something building that you have absolutely no control over. That's the point. Your c*ck is going to leak for me while I work, and you're going to let it, because you don't get to decide what your body does in my exam room.

Press. Hold. Again. Do you feel that pressure? That's your prostate getting exactly what it needs. And you're going to take it, because you're a good patient, and good patients do as their doctor says.

Now stroke for me. Slowly. Yes, I want your hand on it while I work. Because this isn't just a milking. This is me owning the way your body responds. Every press, every stroke, every edge is mine now.

Look at you. Shaking. Sweaty. And I haven't even let you finish yet. You want to, don't you. You want to spill for me so badly. But I'm going to press right there and hold you at the edge until I say otherwise. Because you came in for an exam, and I'm going to examine every inch of your obedience.

Hold it. Hold it. Don't you dare. You do not c*m until the doctor gives permission. That's the rule. And I know you're going to be a good boy and follow it.

Now. C*m for me. Let it out. Every drop. Good boy. That's it. Look at the mess you made on my exam table. I expect you to clean it up before you leave, and I expect you to say thank you when you're done.
