Zayda has been avoiding her d*aper for days. The hold has finally caught up with her — extreme cramps low in her stomach, the kind that make her double over and breathe through her teeth. Her caregiver decides the only way to help is an *nema. Because she got into this by refusing to use the d*aper in the first place, he is not giving her a chance to run for the toilet.

He locks her in the pillory first. Wrists and neck go into the stocks, body bent forward, thick d*aper still fastened between her thighs. She cannot straighten or step away. He steps behind her, untapes the d*aper just enough to pull the back down, and exposes her butt. The *nema nozzle is already lubed. He slides it in, checks the seal, and opens the valve on the bag. Two quarts of warm, soapy water start to flow. Zayda groans as the pressure builds, the fullness spreading fast and heavy inside her while the pillory holds her in place. The bag empties c*mpletely.

He removes the nozzle, pulls the d*aper back up, and refastens the tapes snug so whatever comes next has nowhere else to go. Zayda tries to hold anyway. She clenches, shifts her weight, makes small desperate sounds against the stocks. It does not last. The cramps roll through harder than before and the control breaks. The d*aper floods with a heavy, wet rush, the padding swelling and sagging as it takes the *nema, plastic crackling loud between her legs. She whimpers through the first wave, then another.

He unlocks the pillory. She is shaking too hard to stand on her own, so he lets her lean against the wooden frame while the rest of it comes out. She stays bent over the stocks, squatting slightly, the thick d*aper growing heavier and fuller with every push, the seat rounding and dropping as she empties the last of the two quarts into it. The cramps ease only as the padding finishes filling. By the time she is done the d*aper is unmistakably used — swollen, warm, and noisy — and she is still leaning on the pillory, flushed and spent, the mess she spent days avoiding now impossible to ignore.
