Star and Cici are on the bed in thick diapers. A scary movie is playing and they are snuggled close, Cici’s head on Star’s shoulder, both of them half-watching and half-talking in low voices whenever the tension on screen dips. The diapers crinkle softly whenever one of them shifts.

During a slower stretch, the talking turns into something else. A hand that was resting on a waist slides lower. Fingers trace the edge of a d*aper waistband, then cup the front of the padding through the blanket. The other answers the same way. They keep their eyes on the screen for another minute, but the touches get bolder — palms pressing, thumbs rubbing slow circles over the thick diapers, the crinkle louder now. Soft, teasing sounds slip out between comments about the movie that neither of them is really following anymore.

The kiss happens without much warning. Cici turns her head. Star meets her. It starts light and turns deep fast, mouths open, the movie forgotten. Star reaches for the remote without looking and shuts the television off. The room goes quieter except for their breathing and the rustle of plastic.

They make out in earnest. Hands move over skin, cupping and squeezing breasts. Other hands stay lower, groping the fronts of the diapers, fingers spreading to knead the padding, palms grinding the bulk against them while they kiss. The diapers shift and crinkle constantly, warm and compressed between their bodies. Cici’s hand slips under the waistband of Star’s for a moment, then back out to rub the outside again. Star does the same, alternating between soft caresses and firmer squeezes that make the plastic creak.

They stay tangled like that, mouths locked, hips rolling in small, restless motions against each other’s padding, the scary movie long gone. The only thing either of them is paying attention to now is the heat building under the diapers and the way the other keeps reaching for more.
