I start the exam by looking over his pre-exam questionnaire. I notice he has a panty fetish and that his hands get very restless when he’s nervous. I tell him to strip down to his underwear. He does, looking visibly nervous, and his hands start moving almost immediately. He reaches into the pocket of my scrubs and takes my pens. I let him, since I can see how fidgety he is.

As I continue examining him, his restless hands keep finding things to do. He reaches around me and runs his hands over my *ss, feeling my panties through the scrubs. Then he takes my phone out of my pocket. I feel a l*ttle embarrassed, but I want him to stay relaxed, so I keep going. Later he slides my watch off my wrist and sets it down next to the phone and pens.

When I move closer to check his chest with the stethoscope, he starts gently squeezing my breasts through the scrubs. He begins pulling my scrub top up. I try to stop him, but he gently moves my hands away and says it will make him more comfortable if I’m at his level. He takes the top off, leaving me in just my bra, and looks at it curiously while I examine his legs.

When I turn and lean over the desk to check my notes, his hands are immediately on my *ss. He caresses and squeezes me through the scrubs, then slowly slides them down, revealing my panties. I reach back, but he moves my hand away again and tells me that being in my bra and panties will help him feel more comfortable. I reluctantly let him continue. He pulls the scrubs all the way off, takes them in his hands, looks at them.

Finally I need to check his p*nis. I tell him to lie down. While I’m examining him with my gloved hands, he keeps squeezing my *ss and playing with my panties the whole time. His restless hands never really leave me.
