I sit comfortably in my favorite chair, support my back and adjust my legs to enjoy a moment of tranquility. I take the oil, place a few drops in the palms of my hands and rub them gently to distribute it.

I look down at my feet and begin to massage one of them, spreading the oil down the instep with slow and delicate movements. I get a l*ttle closer to observe every detail, while my hands run through the skin from the fingers to the ankle.

I concentrate on every movement, using my thumbs to make small circles on the instep. I slightly change the position of the foot to reach different areas and enjoy the sensation of the oil sliding gently under my hands.

Then, I focus on my fingers. I massage them one by one, with careful movements, while I observe my hands from different angles. I approach to appreciate every detail and continue slowly, without haste.

I put my foot on my legs to reach the plant more comfortably. I put a l*ttle more oil and begin to massage from the heel to the plantar arch, alternating circular movements with long passes. I press gently with my thumbs and run along the edges of the foot, paying attention to each area.

I change the angle and observe the massage from above. My hands wrap around the foot while the fingers slide along the sides. Then, I go back to a close-up to show how I massage the heel and slowly return to the fingers.

I settle down better in my chair, relax my shoulders and continue enjoying this moment for me. My hands move calmly, distributing the oil over the entire surface of the foot. Every movement is leisurely and natural.

When I finish, I move on to the other foot and repeat the same process: I apply oil, massage the instep, run my fingers, gently work the sole and finish with long movements around the heel and ankle.

Throughout the video, I alternate close-ups with different angles to show every detail of my hands and feet. I remain sitting in my comfortable chair, enjoying my own massage, without haste and dedicating a few minutes to personal care.

Finally, I finish the massage with a few last soft passes, I put the oil aside and sit down, relaxed, enjoying the tranquility of the moment.

I give myself a moment for myself, I relax and enjoy every movement.
