She bent down, plucked a handful of screaming people between her fingers, and studied them with playful curiosity before setting them carefully on her palm. Then she flicked others aside with a careless sweep of her hand.

Buildings crumpled under her casual steps. She kicked a skyscraper and watched it topple in slow motion. She sat down in the middle of the business district, her massive body flattening entire blocks, and began playfully rearranging the tiny city with toys—pushing over towers, scooping up buses, and laughing as the microscopic people fled in every direction.
