Michael thinks he's arrived for the opportunity of a lifetime — a well-paid position working personally for Carmen La Dean.

At first, everything seems surprisingly professional. Carmen questions him about his suitability for the role and calmly explains what she expects from her new employee. But there is one very unusual part of the job description she has deliberately left until now:

Carmen needs a human cushion.

Before Michael can decide whether he really wants the job, Carmen begins his practical assessment.

What follows is a very hands-on test of his durability. Chest sitting and bodyweight domination are joined by increasingly demanding challenges, including butt drops through the middle section of the film, as Carmen discovers just how much her prospective human furniture can handle.

Michael is determined to prove he can do the job, but Carmen is bigger, stronger and far more demanding than the interviewer he was expecting.
