Brianna Olivia is a fugitive on the run, the police are onto her and she desperately needs a new identity to flee the country, she has been told the guy in this flat can rustle her up new a new identity so she arrives at his flat in a disguise and hands over a bag of money.

Strangely, this guy is not happy making her new identity without her being restrained so tells her that she has to be handcuffed whilst he makes her new documents in the next room, Brianna is confused but is desperate for her new identity so agrees to wear handcuffs, he then shows her a chain and wraps it around her waist and connects it to the handcuffs restricting her movement even more.

He heads off to the other room and Brianna is confused as to why she has to be restrained but convinces herself it will be worth it as she will be out of the country very soon, the man returns with even more chains and a strap and tells her that she has to have her ankles chained together and knees strapped together, Brianna is not happy but agree's to wear them so that she can get her new ID.

Now fully restrained Brianna is really confused and as she talks to the man it dawns on her that she has gone to the flat, she says she has made a terrible mistake and if he releases her she will give him some of the money that she was going to give to the guy she thought she was meeting, when he refuses she gets angry and says she will scream for help if he doesn't release her - he heads out of the room and returns with a ballgag.

Before he gags he he opens her blouse and then gags her before taking all of the money and leaving the flat, Brianna tries desperately to stop him but cannot and tries in vain to get out of the restraints but escape is impossible, now it's only a matter of time before the police catch up with her!!
