I enter on bare feet, with nothing between my soles and the floor and nothing hiding the movement of my toes. Before the boots take their place, my feet get my full attention.

My bl*ck fingerless gloves leave plenty of contact between my hands and skin as I begin working with my feet. I hold them, run my fingers over my soles and play around my toes, curling and extending them as I change the tension through my arches. A pointed foot becomes a relaxed one, toes spread and curl again, and I keep shifting the position of my feet so the barefoot play remains active.

I spend time on the smaller movements too. My toes work beneath my fingers while I flex each foot, stretch through the arch and return to the sole. I can cradle a foot in my hands, guide it through another stretch and then release some of that tension without needing anything more than my own bare feet to keep the play going.

The brown boots come into my hands while my feet are still uncovered. Their mid calf shape is packed with visible detail: multiple straps and metal buckles wrap around the brown uppers, lacing runs along the front, and a side zipper sits beside the structured design. Underneath, a raised front platform is paired with a very high slender heel.

Instead of ending my foot play as soon as the footwear appears, I let the boots become something else for my hands and feet to work with. I handle the straps, buckles and lacing while my toes remain bare nearby. My feet can move against and around the boots, giving me room for more toe movement, sole display and barefoot teasing before I decide to wear them.

Then I start dressing my feet.

I work one bare foot into its brown platform boot, leaving the other uncovered while I secure the footwear. For that moment, one foot is still available for bare toe and sole play while the other has already taken on the height and structure of the boot. I follow with the second boot until both feet are fully inside.

From here, the boots stay exactly where I put them.

I continue using my feet with the footwear on, moving and extending my legs while the straps, buckles and lacing travel with every change of position. The raised platforms give the front of my feet extra height and the slender heels complete the dramatic profile. My hands return to the boots as well, working around their visible details while my feet control the shoe and boot play from inside.

There is no need for a return to barefoot play. I have already given you my uncovered toes, arches and soles. Now I keep my feet enclosed in the brown strapped boots for the remainder of the clip.

When I am finished, I get up in them. Both platform boots remain on as I leave, and their high heels carry my feet out of the scene.
