Today I went to the gym with short green leggings, one of those that after a strong leg session end up telling absolutely the whole story of what happened during training. And wow, I trained. I started with all the intention of doing a heavy routine for buttocks and legs and ended up doing an absurd amount of squats. One after another, endless series, normal squats, deep, with weight, weightless, and practically everything I could do to leave the legs c*mpletely destroyed.

After so many squats I already felt that my legs were shaking. The buttocks were working at full capacity and I was soaked in sweat. The heat of the gym, the effort and constantly moving made the green leggings end up c*mpletely wet in the butt area. At that point there was no way to hide it: the sweat had been very marked on the fabric and you could perfectly see where I had been exercising.

But the worst came later.

Throughout the training he had been accumulating a ridiculous amount of g*s. Between exercise and exercise I felt my belly full of air, but obviously I was in the gym and I wasn't going to release g*s in the middle of people. So I endured as much as I could and continued training as if nothing had happened. Error.

When I finally finished and returned home, as soon as I entered I realized that I could no longer stand myself. I had accumulated too much g*s during all those hours and began to release absolutely everything I had been retaining. An exaggerated amount of farts, one after another, of those that seem to never end.

And between the sweat I already had on me and all that mess of accumulated g*ses, the leggings ended up making a real disgust. The green fabric, which was previously simply marked by the sweat of training, ended up with a fairly obvious wet spot on the back. It was the perfect combination of the result of a br*tal leg and butt session with all the consequences of having spent hours putting up with the g*s.

When I finally looked at the leggings I understood the complete mess: they were soaked in sweat, especially in the *ss area, and the wet spot made it look like I had left the gym after a battle. All for doing too many squats, sweating like crazy and putting up with all those g*ses during training.

It was definitely one of those sessions in which the gym not only leaves your legs shaking, but also makes you come home turned into a human disaster. And those green leggings were the absolute proof of everything that had happened: beastly exercise, destroyed buttocks, exhausted legs, c*mpletely sweaty *ss and a monumental amount of g*ses that finally ended up coming out all together when I got home.
