Sometimes I meet these perfect ladies in the most random of places... I was on vacation for the summer and visiting some friends for the weekend. They had planned a bunch of fun stuff for us to do while I was out there, and they decided to pick the most random things they could think of. From scuba diving to cave dwelling... we tried it all.

The tour guide was a soft-spoken blond girl with a ton of knowledge. Of course, at first my mind was so far from any of this that I thought nothing of it. Vallory introduced herself, then started telling us about the cave. We learned about the history of the area and one of the things she brought up was the temperature of the caves and how much colder it was and mentioned that you’d want to dress warm and always have shoes or boots on. Then she made a comment about how her feet are always sweating from the humidity down in the cave giving tours, so she wishes she could give tours barefoot sometimes.

Everyone else laughed, but I couldn’t help but immediately start to think to zone out thinking about her sweaty feet. Her light joke about her feet burrowed into my head and now all I could do was focus on her boots. When we came back up, she thanked everyone for their time and told us to go talk to her if we wanted any more information. Of course, I took the opportunity to talk to her, and I just had to make a comment on what she said. I asked how her day went, then asked if she was ready to go home and take her sweaty boots off. She laughed and said she couldn’t wait. “I replace my boots like once a month, so they don’t get too smelly at home”. I joked and said “Hey, some guys would pay for those boots!” and she grinned, “Would you?”
