The Appreciation Protocol is about discovering just how naturally your attention settles on me. I want you to come into this with curiosity. Let yourself notice what catches your eye, what keeps you listening, and what makes my presence feel different from everyone else’s. I’m not going to rush you through that process. I want you to savor it.

Think of this as a private l*ttle exercise in appreciation, with me guiding you along the way. I’ll draw your attention to different concepts I want you practice in real-time during your viewing session in the clip, I ask you to consider what you genuinely enjoy about me, and give you moments to simply enjoy me without needing to do anything else. There’s something wonderfully indulgent about being given permission to focus c*mpletely on your Goddess, your Princess, and your Controller: me.

And I want your appreciation to have some personality. Don’t give me the obvious answer just because you think it’s what I want to hear. Think about what actually stays with you. Is it the way I make you feel? I want you to find your own reasons, because that makes your admiration much more interesting to me.

I’ll play with that attention a l*ttle, too. I may have you look at me, pause, lower your gaze, return your eyes to mine, and simply listen while I tell you what I want from you. There’s a certain intimacy in those l*ttle moments. Nothing frantic. Nothing complicated. Just me noticing you noticing me.

And perhaps that’s what makes this protocol different. I’m not trying to convince you that you appreciate me. You’re already here. You already have your reasons. I’m simply giving you the space to explore them more deliberately and enjoy the experience of being c*mpletely absorbed in my presence for a while.
