Siamo io e Gaia con lo schiavo in ginocchio davanti a noi. La temperatura è alta, abbiamo camminato tutto il giorno con gli stivali e i calzini sono completamente bagnati di sudore. Appena capisce cosa succederà, la sua faccia si contorce in una smorfia di disgusto, ma sa bene che non tollero mancanze di rispetto.

Lo invitiamo a togliere gli stivali e ad annusarli profondamente, p*i i calzini appiccicosi, umidi e impregnati. Ogni volta che cerca di tirare indietro la testa o di imbrogliare, arrivano gli schiaffi. Gaia e io decidiamo di umiliarlo ulteriormente: gli avvolgiamo il viso con il nastro adesivo, fissandogli i calzini sul naso e in bocca, trasformandolo in un mummificato puzzolente. Gli diciamo che gli strapperemo via barba e baffi con lo stesso nastro, ridendo della sua impotenza.

Gli infiliamo le dita dei piedi nelle narici, cosi da respirare solo l'aria dei nostri piedi sudati, questo è quello che merita e in fondo gli piace anche.
