Alena is back at it again, using her prego absorption powers to consume various women.

First scene: alena is eating at a restaurant and runs into her friend Luna, who she didn't know was pregnant (wearing the smaller prosthetic bump). She congratulates Luna, asking how far along she is and such. She invites Luna back to her place to catch up where she continues to admire Luna's bump before telling her to get some rest while she gets some things done around the apartment. Luna later wakes up immobilized, asking Alena what she's doing. Alena tells her about her special ability before consuming her.

Later on, alena, now wearing the smaller prosthetic, is in line for the doctor's office to check in on her new company. While waiting, she runs into Alexis (wearing the quad sized bump) who she can't help but gawk at. She asks her how many she's having, Alexis responding that she's having triplets. Alena compares her bump to hers and suddenly asks Alexis if she wants to join her in the bathroom, as her l*ttle occupant is pressing on her bladder, to which Alexis accepts. Along the way, Alexis asks how many Alena is having, which alena ominously says, one...for now. Alexis, though confused, decides to just shrug it off. In the bathroom, alena compares her bump to Alexis one more time, saying she can't wait to be her size. Alexis, confused, asks what she means. Alena just says she's about to find out, and consumes alexis. After walking out of the bathroom, alena (now wearing the quad sized bump) hears her name being called for the check up, and starts slowly waddling over back to the doctor's office, approaching the front desk, saying she's Alena and she's having- (slowly counting) quadruplets!

Back at her place, Alena is lying down in bed, rubbing her belly, saying how excited she is to meet all of them. She then struggles to get up to get some exercise, doing some yoga with difficulty as she didn’t anticipate how much harder exercise would be while pregnant with four. Eventually in one pose, she finds herself unable to get up and decides to just settle in on the floor to take a rest. As she rests, she starts rubbing her belly again as it jostles around, leaving her to wonder when Alexis and Luna were due. As if on cue, she starts feeling contractions, and tries to get up to go to the hospital, but her belly is simply too heavy. Worse still, her water breaks (with water dripping into the floor), and she already feels the first head coming out. With much more struggle, she finally is able to stand, but still can’t move, as she feels the first one about to come out, and instead decides to just spread her legs out and deliver right then and there, yelling, “it’s coming out”.

First scene with Luna would be around 7 min, then the scene with Alexis at the doctor’s office would be closer to around 10 minutes. Then the final scene would be closer to around 15 minutes.
