A Punishing Interview

Part Three of the feature-length video “Josie’s Secretaries”

Miss Josie Harrison-Marks, the elegant but formidable businesswoman, sits behind her large oak desk assessing the nervous candidate before her.

“I run a very strict office,” she says coolly. “Mistakes are not tolerated. Discipline is immediate, severe, and always delivered on the bare bottom. Shall I give you a practical demonstration of what happens to girls who disappoint me?”

*mma swallows hard but nods. She has no idea what she’s just agreed to.

“Stand up and bend over the desk,” Miss Harrison-Marks orders sharply.

The moment *mma is in position, her tight skirt is yanked up roughly. Miss Harrison-Marks begins with a br*tal hand spanking, slapping the girl’s bottom harshly. The loud, stinging smacks echo through the office as *mma’s soft cheeks rapidly turn from pale to bright pink, then to a deep, b*rning red. *mma gasps and squirms frantically, her legs kicking wildly.

Without warning, Miss Harrison-Marks reaches for the heavy wooden paddle.

“You need to learn what real correction feels like,” she snaps.

She brings the paddle down with savage swings. Each powerful CR*CK flattens *mma’s plump cheeks, drawing sharp yelps that quickly turn into loud cries of p*in. *mma bucks and twists over the desk, her bottom bouncing wildly under the onslaught until it glows a blazing, angry scarlet.

Just as *mma thinks the ordeal might be ending, Miss Harrison-Marks delivers the cruel command:

“Stand up. Remove your knickers. Everything. I want you c*mpletely bare.”

Blushing furiously with shame, *mma reluctantly slides her flimsy bl*ck knickers down her legs and steps out of them, leaving her smooth p*ssy and sore bottom fully exposed.

Miss Harrison-Marks smiles coldly. “Good girl. Now bend back over — wider.”

The real punishment now begins.

She picks up the thick, heavy tawse and lashes it across *mma’s naked bottom viciously. The two-t*iled leather bites deeply into her tender flesh. *mma cries out sharply with every stroke, her voice rising into desperate, high-pitched yelps as fresh b*rning stripes bloom across her already scorched cheeks.

Finally, Miss Harrison-Marks takes up the long, whippy rattan cane.

“You’re getting eighteen strokes,” she announces icily. “Hard ones. And you will count every single one aloud. If you miss a count or clench, we start again from the beginning.”

The cane whistles through the air with terrifying speed. The first stroke lands with a vicious CR*CK, and *mma lets out a loud, anguished cry, rising sharply onto her toes as a thick, vivid welt erupts across her bottom.

By the sixth stroke she is already sobbing, her legs trembling violently. “Six... oh G*d... six!” she gasps, tears streaming down her face.

The strokes grow even harder. *mma howls and bucks wildly over the desk with each searing impact, her bottom j*rking and clenching uncontrollably as the cane cuts deep, parallel lines across her swollen, fiery-red cheeks. Her cries become raw and broken — loud, desperate wails that fill the office as the cane continues its merciless work.

By the eighteenth stroke, *mma is a sobbing, shaking mess. Her once-smooth bottom is a deep, angry mess of thick, criss-crossed welts — hot, massively swollen, and throbbing with white-hot p*in. She can barely stand, her legs weak and her breathing ragged.

Miss Harrison-Marks steps back to admire her handiwork, gently trailing her fingers over the b*rning, cane-striped flesh.

“Well, *mma,” she purrs with dark satisfaction, “do you still want the position... or do you need another, even stricter demonstration?”
