Doctor Canada comes into the dental room and seeing the patient just lying there. He noticed that the assistant has already placed a drip bib on the patient . Dr. Canada then goes behind the patient to check the chart and at the same time tilt the patient to position the head where he sits.

Dr. Canada then pulls up the patient’s chart to take a look and notice that the patient been there for the last six months and says it’s been a year since he is glad that the patient came back. He noticed that there are three teeth that he needs to check. He then calls out the number tooth number 14,16 and 18. he tells the patient that these are the tooth that he needs to check because he had saw some blemishes and was concerned that they may be potential cavities. He checks the x-rays and says to the patient there’s nothing to worry about.

He begins to wipe down any excess debris with a 2 x 2 gauze . And then starts to examine the patient. Dr. Canada inspects each of the patients tooth and as he’s scraping the tooth, he tells the patient it is not a great sound and that he apologizes.

He then tells a patient that they must sign and document to consent to being restrained . He then pushes a button to make the chair, go back in seating position, and chat with the patient about signing the document.
