Alena and Alexis arrive home from a big lunch, both wearing crop tops with tight jeans and belts as their moderately bloated bellies bulge out. They chat about how good their lunch was and how bloated they feel, already lightly teasing their bellies and poking their belly buttons to see how deep they are.

They quickly question who has the deeper belly button as they poke and jiggle them deeply. Alexis is confident hers is deeper, making Alena a l*ttle jealous since she wants the deepest belly button. They playfully start fingering each other's belly buttons as their belts hold strong.

The belts emerge in conversation as they wonder how they're both still buckled. Their belts feel incredibly tight, and Alexis considers unbuckling. Alena wants to try and keep her belt buckled since she has a date later that evening and wants to wear it. They stop playing with their belly buttons and instead grab their belt buckles, wiggling their hips to show them off. Alexis eventually gives in, unbuckles her belt, and unbuttons her jeans, leaving the belt hanging loose.

They continue chatting about their belts as Alena keeps swirling her finger in her belly button. Alexis notices, and Alena says it feels itchy, like there's something stuck inside.

Alexis has some tools to help and decides she may as well clean her own belly button too. As Alena keeps trying to pop her belly button out to see what's stuck inside, Alexis quickly returns with Q-tips and c*tton b*lls to clean out her deep belly button, and she gives Alena a Q-tip.

Both ladies begin to scrub deep in their belly buttons with the Q-tips as they continue talking about their belly buttons and speculating what could be stuck in Alena's.

Alena doesn't feel the Q-tip is helping, so she decides desperate times c*ll for desperate measures. She grabs her belt, unbuckles it, and pulls it straight off her jeans while Alexis watches, amazed. (Alena's jeans stay buttoned.)

Alena admits how good it feels to have unbuckled as she takes the belt buckle's pointy end and sticks it in her belly button. It tickles a l*ttle, but it can get extra deep inside. Alexis finishes cleaning her belly button and just plays with it while watching Alena.

Alena struggles but eventually finds something she's able to reach with the belt buckle. Anticipation builds as she sticks her finger in again and manages to scoop out a tiny jewel. Both ladies are amazed, relieved, and in awe. They think maybe Alena really does have the deepest belly button after that. They both love their belly buttons and love playing with them.

Alena begins putting her belt back on to get ready for her date, but when it comes to buckling, it suddenly can't seem to reach. She laughs it off at first, but after a couple of attempts, it really does seem her belt won't buckle. Sure, she's a l*ttle bloated, but surely not quite that stuffed?

Alena takes a wide stance, grits her teeth, and grunts loudly as she struggles, determined to buckle her belt. Alexis joins in and tries to help Alena, but Alena asks Alexis if her belt buckle won't reach either.

As Alena continues trying everything—from leaning forward and back to squatting and jumping—Alexis manages to just about button her jeans again (keeping her belly button visible) and finds that she too just can't quite seem to buckle her belt. The two ladies continue gritting their teeth and grunting hard and loud before eventually, after a long struggle, their belts manage to just about buckle.

They celebrate and wiggle their hips as they rub their bellies and finger their belly buttons one more time before hugging as Alexis wishes Alena luck on her date.
