Welcome to what is, without a doubt, the rawest, longest, and most personal video I've ever uploaded to the channel.

In these long minutes, I open the doors of my bathroom, a place that at that moment transformed into an emotional battlefield, and share with you one of the most difficult, yet liberating, decisions I had to make because of chemotherapy: shaving my hair.

When the oncologist confirmed that my hair would fall out, I felt a knot in my stomach. Losing your hair is much more than a cosmetic change for a woman; it's the loss of a part of your identity, the visible symbol of the disease. But I chose not to s*ffer this loss. I chose to face it. I chose to be the one to decide when and how.

The video is structured in two distinct moments: first, an "intermediate" shave, a sort of gradual farewell, a way to get used to the change; and then, the final shave, the radical one, which you will see with every single emotion reflected in the mirror.

You will see me struggling with the razor, with tears, but also with a smile that, at times, appears to celebrate this liberation. It is a complete emotional journey: there is sadness for what is lost, fear of the unknown, but above all, a growing sense of control and inner strength. I am not simply losing my hair; I am disarming the disease of the possibility of h*rming me through its loss.

This video is dedicated to anyone who is going through or is about to go through chemotherapy, to those close to someone with the disease, or simply to anyone who needs to see an act of courage and resilience. I hope that watching it can offer some comfort and demonstrate that even in the darkest moments, we can find the strength to react and transform a moment of weakness into a powerful act of strength.
