The plot of this custom story revolves around a company where you, the boss, are facing a strike from your employees due to your harsh leadership. The video begins with a close-up sh*t of tiny figures standing innocently on the floor. However, the scene quickly shifts as your thunderous voice is heard, signaling your entrance into the room. You're dressed in comfortable attire, suitable for a Casual Day, consisting of a blouse and jeans.

As you enter, you demand that your employees submit a report to your desk within the next 30 minutes. But, to your surprise, the room is empty, leaving you wondering where everyone has gone. While searching for your employees, the camera cuts to another close-up sh*t of the tiny men on the floor. Unaware of their presence, you accidentally stomp on them, crushing them beneath your feet. Your frustration grows as you tap your foot and stomp on the floor, demanding that your employees come forward.

You proclaim, "Boys, this is not funny! Come on now, what am I paying you for? To just hang around the office and relax?" Your patience wears thin as you pace around the room, unknowingly crushing more tiny employees under your sneakers. Eventually, you make your way to your desk, where you find a note left behind by your employees. The note reads, "Dear Rose, we have had it with your arrogance and cr*elty. You are the worst boss ever, and we have quit to find a much smaller job." The message infuriates you, and your anger boils over.

In a fit of rage, you stomp the ground, crushing another tiny person. This time, however, you react with a mix of p*in and surprise, as if the tiny person has stung you. You pick up the tiny employee and examine them closer, realizing that they are not a toy, but one of your actual employees who has been shrunk down. The tiny person explains that one of the workers built a shrink ray to downsize the other employees, allowing them to find more affordable jobs in a miniature world.

You are both disbelieving and infuriated that your employees would leave your company without a proper goodbye. With the realization that you are now an all-powerful giant to them, you thank the tiny person for the information before flicking them away. You then set out to find the shrunken workers, determined to teach them a lesson. In a display of playful dominance, you crush a few of them between your breasts, use one of the tiny employees to clean your feet, and sm*sh a few more with your hand. Ultimately, you emerge satisfied, having asserted your power over your former employees, and you begin looking for new employees to hire.
