Bramble, Tom, and Alex are filming a social advertisement about the dangers of smoking, which is tied to cancer cases. Actually, Bramble is not very enthusiastic about her cancer costume and being tied. Literally.

Alex ties Bramble's hands behind her back, but it doesn't seem tight enough. So, Alex tightens her elbows and wrists for a better sh*t. For more authenticity, Tom asks Alex to also tie up Bramble's ankles and knees. Now she's lying on the floor, annoyed by Tom's constant displeasure. And her hands are tired!

But all this isn't enough for Tom - he wants Alex to tighten Bramble even more so she can't move at all. He also tells Alex to step on her head. Brambles tension and sense of humiliation grow; she feels more and more like she's fallen into a sadistic fantasy. Alex now hooks a rope through Bramble's hair and connects it to her ankles, make her to arch her back and preventing her from breathing normally.
