He laughs and teases Bliss. Smacking her *ss and making fun of her. He can’t stop laughing and he has to take pictures. Finally he grabs the keys and drops them on the floor. Making her pick them up giving herself a bigger wedgie. Then he uses the key on the cuffs. He actually unlocked the handcuffs but put them back on and told her it was the wrong key. Then he leaves telling her he will be back once he gets the right keys.
