It opens with Kira and Allice lounging around, massaging their full bellies when Allice suddenly notices that the two of them have been looking a lot softer lately. Shocked, they examine their weight gain, confused about how/why they've put on so much weight. Kira complains about her muffin top, while Allice says she can't see her abs anymore. Lamenting the loss of their slim figures, they try sucking in their bellies a few times, but it doesn't help much.
Eventually Alexis comes in and Kira and Allice explain what's going on. Alexis starts playing with their bellies, poking, squeezing, slapping, and massaging them; and explains she's the reason they've put on weight. She's been fattening them up, and really enjoying watching them let themselves go. Seeing their abs replaced by muffin tops, their muscular arms become flabby, and so on.
Towards the end though Alexis gets so excited she forgets to suck in her own belly, which Kira and Allice notice. They point out that her plan seems to have backfired a l*ttle bit, and she's not as slim as she used to be either. They play with her belly and tease her about how chubby she is.
