Series Intro:

This content is a part of a grander series I've called "Potions". I have already released a video that goes over The Rules of this endeavor and have discounted it as much as I could possibly do so, so that viewing it won't break the bank, hehe. In each video I choose a potion from the selection I have available, "Activate" it, and then we see what it does. Oh, and I have to guess what it does prior to it taking effect, to see if I win the overall wager we have going.

This Video's Description:

It's the first potion and I excitedly look over my options, eventually selecting one called 'Luck' on a golden label. I make my guess at the effect this one will have, which I believe has something a long the lines of having some good luck, and dive in! I sit for a moment and once it's obvious the effect isn't an immediate one, I decide to go about my day.

Later, and with my best friend's dedication towards recording everything, I'm wandering around in the kitchen and making evening plans. No sooner than I inquire about what we should do tonight, I trip and fall on my face, with my foot flying into the air behind me. I then come hobbling into the living room with a roll of a self adhering bandage. It's obvious I can't put much pressure on the sprained ankle as I whimper and moan in an attempt to sit down on the floor. I use the entire bandage while wrapping up my foot and ankle before trying to stand again.

My loving bestie tells me I should walk around a bit to demo it out, and I scowl in his direction. Fine! I walk unevenly back and forth across the carpet, while gingerly using the offending foot and ankle. My best friend makes sure to zoom right in to view the sprained ankle up close and in it's journey across the floor. He zooms back out to see my full body in action, or maybe at half action, I should say. I make p*ined noises as I give the best demo I can.

I'm so grateful the effects of the potions are only temporary, but for how long, I'm not sure! I guess you could say that this Luck Potion wasn't so lucky, after all! I give into the defeat that my guess wasn't accurate at all. It would appear that it was the complete opposite, in fact!
