The District Nurse has been called out by roland to inspect his tiny p*nis after a humiliating date leads him to experience some uncomfortable truths regarding how big his p*nis actually is. As she arrives Nurse Marks proceeds to s*ffer a similar stress reaction upon realising just how tiny roland's p*nis is. She performs some tests, takes his pressure to see if all is in working order and takes measurements but just can't stop laughing in a very unprofessional way!

It turns out roland does have a medical micro-p*nis and can't be classified as a man anymore and so must be sissified. The Nurse tells him all hope is not lost though as he can be admitted onto the tiny p*nis research program. Roland reluctantly agrees and the sissification begins. The nurse tells him that if he doesn't report her to her superiors for laughing at him so much she'll give him the 'special' treatment.
