**Custom**So here’s the idea: I would like for Kira to perform a belly button exam on Alexis while Alexis is laying down on a bed or couch... whichever is easier.

I’d like for Kira to first observe Alexis’s belly button. I’d like Kira to describe the belly button such as the size, shape, and depth as if she’s never seen it before. I’d also like Alexis to comment on the sensitivity of it too.

Next I’d like Kira to clean the belly button with some soapy water and the qtip, having her circle the rim xis’s belly button and getting into ever l*ttle crevice to get it nice and clean.

Next using tweezers, please spread/inspect Alexis’s belly button open and in different directions so I can see the details of her belly button in a more spread open look. I know hers is mostly exposed but I’d just like to see the folds that make up the core move around and be observed in better detail. Also at this point have Kira use the extractor to suck out Alexis’s belly button to give the idea of what she’d look like with an outtie. Just once is fine so it won’t hurt Alexis’s belly button too much.

Next, I’d like Kira to listen to Alexis’s belly all over with the stethoscope and comment on everything she hears such as belly rumbles and whatnot. Then have Kira use the stethoscope to listen to Alexis’s heart and comment on if it’s beating fast or slow.

Lastly, I’m curious if Alexis’s heartbeat can be visibly seen in her belly button while she is laying down. I can send an example of this to give some clarity.

As for other tools, I’d love to see what else you have to use but this would be the main idea.
