The scene opens with a closeup of Mia's nylon clad feet up on her desk. She is leaning back, reading a folder of papers. She seems to be bored because she hasn’t had any work for a while. All she does as of late is read reports about this Madam Scarlett who the agency suspects is a sl*ve trade kingpin. As she is reading the report the Chief walks in. Startled to see the chief, she quickly removes her feet from the desk and puts her shoes on.

Mia : Chief? Surprised to see you here on the 3rd floor. Please sit. What brings you down here.

Mia and the chief take a seat.

Chief: Well Mia. I haven’t forgotten about the excellent work you did in the Diamond case.

Mia: Thank You Sir

Chief: Are you ready for another undercover case?

Mia: Yes Sir

Chief: Good. Are you familiar with our investigation on Madam Scarlett?

Mia: Yes, she seems to be a very ruthless woman.

Chief: Yes, she is. We were able to intercept a c*ll from one of her minions hiring a maid to clean her house. We want you to be that maid. You will play this role and get us as much information about her operation as you can. You will check in every night. Should be easy for you.

Mia: Sounds easy enough Sir. I won’t let you down.

Scene opens with Mia dressed in her maid outfit cleaning Madam Scarlett’s house. Dusting and wiping stuff down. You can barely hear Madam Scarlett talking in the background. Scarlett enters the room still talking on the phone.

Madam Scarlett: Yes I understand Angelo. Losing that shipment is a big loss. Yes, it seems like they knew all about it. No, I haven’t anyone avaiable

She looks over at Mia cleaning

Madam Scarlett: Let me c*ll you back.

She hangs up her phone.

Madam Scarlett : John.. Mike.. get in hear

You hear a door open and someone comes in. (You don’t see the men)

Madam Scarlett: Grab that b*tch! (As Scarlett points at Mia)

Mia: What? (No she yells)

The scene fades to bl*ck you can hear Mia struggle and protest.

Next Scene opens Mia is there still in her maid uniform, Her hands are tied above her head making her to stand on her toes (shoes are off). Her ankles are tied together with rope and her mouth is gagged with bl*ck tape wrap around gag. She struggles. This goes on for some time. After a while Madam Scarlett walk in carrying a purse. She walks up to Mia.

Madam Scarlett: Mike and John found this in your car. Not much in here to find except your cell phone and wallet. I guess the place that we hired you from allows fake names? Huh. Your phone was locked but guess what you should not have used your birthday for the password.

(The whole time this is going on Mia struggles)

Scarlett holds up the phone to Mia and shows her the text messages between Mia and the team back at headquarters.

Scarlett grabs Mia with one hand by her face.

Madam Scarlett: You cost me a lot of money (she says angrily) but I have a plan to get the money back.

Fade to Bl*ck

Mia is now bound like she is in a hogtie/frogtie with leather straps hood and armbinder. On a table. She struggles. This goes on for some time. Scarlett and one of her minions walk into the room. (We only see Scarlett and Mia during this scene)

Madam Scarlett: Do you have the address?

She walks up to the table where Mia is struggling and looking at her. Scarlett picks up some belts off the table and uses them to pull her frog tie of belts into a hogtie.

Minion: Yes

Scarlett is finished with finishing the tie and picks up a blindfold up off the table. She maneuvers herself in front of Mia so she can look into her eyes and bends down.

Madam Scarlett: Good thing I have a p*rverted client that loves to have cops as sl*ves. He will have a lot of fun breaking you l*ttle Miss Mia. You won’t enjoy your new life.

Scarlett puts the blindfold on Mia as she struggles and screams into her gag.

Madam Scarlett: Let's let her struggle for a bit. We can go get the keys for the van and you can get fuel for it.

Scarlett and the Minion leave and Mia struggles and cries for the rest of the video.
