As the school year was coming to an end, I was obligated to have a dental checkup, something that I avoided since I was terrified of the dentist. I had never been to one before and my teeth were far from perfect. Throughout my school years, I was somehow able to dodge the yearly teeth inspections that were offered by my school, but this time around, it was impossible for me to avoid it since the health inspection was a mandatory requirement to be able to finish the year and advance.

I was contacted by a woman named Dr. Castiglia who provided me with some important information. She clarified that she was working closely with my school and gave me an address and specific date to follow up on the message. She further informed me that I had unfortunately missed the previously announced date for all students to attend, and so I would have to make my own arrangement to come in on my own. And if I miss this last opportunity, then she will deny my health inspection evaluation, and I will fail. I tried to tell her that I didn’t get any email or message about a previous date, so this would be unfair, but I was not convincing enough for her to believe me. I had no other choice, but to make my way to the address that she gave me.

I nervously arrived at the place, ready to face whatever was there. I stepped into the building and saw a very empty waiting room/reception area. The appointment was scheduled for late in the afternoon, so I assumed that I would be the last patient of the day for her. When I arrived at the reception desk, there was nobody in sight, so I thought the best thing to do would be to head towards her office. All signs pointed to me being in the right place; a confirmation of which was only solidified when I knocked on her door and it opened up to reveal a very modern-looking dental office with all the latest equipment and gadgets. I nice-looking woman was sitting at her desk, writing something on a clipboard. She looked up and I saw a somewhat devilish smile on her face as she greeted me. She was dressed to impress, wearing a stylish bl*ck leather dress and a pristine white lab coat, with her long hair tied up neatly in a bun. She looked professional and elegant in her ensemble.

She asked me to sit into the chair in the middle of the room. Dr. Castiglia began by putting on a face mask, lowering it first to her chin and snapped on a pair of green latex gloves. She then lowered the chair so I was almost lying down, and turned on the bright examination lights that illuminated my body. She explained that the evaluation only requires the teeth to be checked and not fixed, so I should be fine. She slowly told me to relax while she pulled up her mask and started to examine my teeth.

She inspected my teeth one by one with her gloved hands and then her mirror and scrapper. She clicked her tongue as she noticed discolouration, cavities, and other issues that were clearly visible. She was clearly frustrated with my dental health and tried to figure out why there were this many problems. She pulled down her mask and checked my dental record that I brought with me and saw that there was nothing in it, realising that I didn’t visit any dentist before. She now knew the cause of my problems.

She regretfully informed me that the repairations could not be done as only an inspection was necessary for the evaluation. Subsequently, she had to write a report on her findings and submit it to the school board, so she quickly jotted down some notes on her clipboard and handed it to me for my signature. I was c*mpletely oblivious to all the details on the paper and just went ahead and absentmindedly signed it without giving it a second thought, believing that I had completed the entire process. She then smiled knowingly and informed me that there was still one more thing for me to do. She carefully moved the dental lamp so that its beam of bright light temporarily blinded me, so I couldn't make out what she was doing next. Then, almost instantly, I felt a slight pinch in my neck and suddenly it became clear to me that she had just injected me with something. I wanted to ask what it was, but before I could say anything, the effects of the liquid began to take hold of me. My eyelids started feeling heavier and my body began to feel more relaxed until I eventually started feeling very drowsy and sleepiness overtook me.

She pulled up her mask and without w*sting any time she began to undress me and strap my arms and legs to the chair. After being done with that, she moved up to my head and firstly put a strap on my neck and just to be sure, strapped down the top of my head as well. Then to finish it up, she grabbed a metal gag and inserted it into my mouth, widening it as much as she could. She then said, “Sweet dreams!” and walked out of the room and I fainted.

I awoke still in the dental chair, my eyes slowly adjusting to the lights of the room. I was unable to move because of the straps and my mouth hurt really bad. Suddenly, I heard the sound of someone entering the room and it was Dr. Castiglia, however she had changed her apparel - gone was the leather dress and in its place were brightly c*loured nurse scrubs. It was obvious that she had changed into something more suitable for a pre-operative procedure. Along with her, she brought a tray that was filled with various surgical tools which included a scalpel, different stainless steel instruments and syringes. She put it down, and started to prepare. To begin the procedure, she donned a transparent latex apron over her scrubs with a devilish smirk on her face. She then proceeded to slip on a pair of snug white latex gloves in preparation for the task at hand. With a gentle touch, she put on her nurse cap with the bright colours and then went on to explain the situation that had caused me to end up in this situation. It seemed that she had been the mastermind behind this entire situation - from the initial idea of requiring a mandatory inspection to my signing of the relevant paperwork. She was able to use her expertise in online research to track down my dental record, while she was looking for suitable candidates for her experiments. Upon finding that I had never been to the dentist, she was able to infer that I must have had poor oral hygiene habits based on the lack of records associated with my name. A few years ago, she made the decision to leave the medical field because she felt her skills weren't being properly recognized and valued. Now she operates an underground website, where she posts pictures and information about her dental work as a way of showing off her expertise in the area. As she finished her thoughtful explanation, she was also done with her clothing preparation, swiftly pulling a mask up and over her chin first before continuing on with the rest of her attire. The next thing she did was to take out a professional-grade camera and start taking pictures of my mouth. She informed me that these photos would be used as 'before' images, which would then be compared with the 'after' images taken at the end of her tests and eventually posted to her website.

Then out of the bl*e, she grabbed my p*nis. This caught me by surprise, but I couldn’t do anything against it. She seemingly became a bit frustrated as I didn’t get aroused from the touch of her gloved hands, so she told me that I will regret this later. She then started her experiment, after fastening a dental loupe over her eyes for improved magnification. She told me that she needs a better angle to work, so she got into my lap. After administering a few *njections here and there, my mouth was feeling super numb. Unexpectedly, she grabbed my tongue with her forceps and without warning, swiftly cut it out with a scalpel. I didn’t even have time to react. She concluded that my mouth is a mess, so she needs time to better prepare for her tests and plan my surgery, which meant that I was left in the chair once again, but as a parting gift, she put a whole bunch of gauze into my mouth to stop the b and an *njection to my arm.

Waking up once again, I heard the beeping of machines. I felt that the gauze was taken away from my mouth, but the absence of my tongue left a big h*le. I realized that I was connected to monitors with electrodes on my chest and also an IV. As the sinister doctor walked into the room, her face was wearing a twisted smile while she was already donned in her surgical gown. She methodically prepared for her task by putting on a bouffant cap, followed by a surgical mask and safety googles. Finally, she completed her outfit with white latex surgical gloves. She slowly glided her hands across my body which was detected on the monitors as well, causing their beeping to increase in frequency. She seemingly liked that. She told me that everything is ready, so she’ll start right away. Once again, she climbed onto my lap and grabbed a drill with her hands. Instead of aiming it at my teeth as I had expected, she started drilling into my gums. The intense p*in was almost unbearable and I felt a warm wave of b rushing around in my mouth. She soon realised that this kind of work required more protection from the debris that could fly off the drill, so she changed her safety googles for a full face shield. She then carried on drilling deep into my gums, eventually pushing it too far and causing irreparable d*mage to them. To my shock and horror, some of my teeth simply crumbled away in her gloved hands. She showed me the broken remains before transferring them over to a metal tray. I found it all too much for me to take and I blacked out from the overwhelming sight of my teeth, her b gloves and face shield.

When I finally opened my eyes, I saw Dr. Castiglia in her b-stained medical attire, finishing up the medical bandaging of my lower abdomen area. I immediately realised that she had just finished the gruesome surgery and as soon as she spotted me coming to consciousness, she lowered her face mask to reveal a sinister smirk. She eagerly wanted to take the 'after' photos of her handiwork, but thought that her current b-stained gloves would be inappropriate for the task, so she quickly took them off and replaced them with a fresh pair of pink gloves. She then took the photos with a sense of pride and accomplishment. She was really proud of her work and how it had turned out. She then revealed a vial to me that contained a peculiar white, slimy liquid. With a mischievous comment indicating that I wasn’t able to resist her anymore, I immediately knew exactly that it was my s*men. To my horror, the last thing she did was to pull out a box and smirk at the pile of bandages that were on me. I was c*mpletely taken aback when I realized that she had cut off my p*nis! She told me that they pay good money on the bl*ck market for it and gave me a final *njection.
