This is a very sexy exercise / workout scene.

Camera should be set up so that, when you are standing, we can only see you from the waist down to your heels as most of the scene you will be squatting or lying down and I want to get good close up angles of this.

You are standing up to begin with and then you squat down as slowly as you can with your knees apart to show off the panties, then shuffle backwards on your heels, then you stand up again and squat again repeating 2 or 3 times. Each time you squat, you shuffle back and forwards on your heels. Then remove the halter top to show off the excellent bra. Then you stand up again and squat again repeating 2 or 3 times

I have attached a short clip to show you what I mean.

After doing this you take the shoes off and put them on again while still squatting - again I have attached a short clip of this.

The camera should now be raised up on a table or a desk to get a higher angle as you are now going to lie down on your back so that your high heels are nearest to the camera and your head away.

You then raise one leg at a time so that your knee is up to your head - keeping your leg straight - then changing legs and repeating this.

Then you sit up with legs as far apart as possible - both feet with high heels to still be in the camera sh*t and reach across to touch your toes.

Then, lying on your side, you raise your leg as high as you can to show off the panty crotch - keeping legs straight

I have attached a sample clip for you with the three exercise poses that I would like you to try - you are still wearing the same top panties and high heels as before (the girl in the clip has no panties for the last sequence but you obviously keep yours on)
