If you had a bad mixed fighting session, don't rebook her for revenge. It won't work because you're still too weak despite your enhanced fitness routine. They will be offended that you think you can beat them and will escalate the beatdown humiliation.

If you have a female fighter that you're friendly with, maybe they can have a fighting discussion. It may turn into a fighting confrontation and I demonstrate how I defend my friends with pov sparring. The demonstration fighting includes pov punching and pov kicking in my stilettos and shiny dress. I love the jabs, roundhouses and kneeing my opponent until they submit.
