Premise:

She points out that she recently discovered his kink on the computer, having found results for many images and videos of d*aper girls posing or prancing around in dresses and skirts.. but.. that she also found out about the many search terms for diapers that had been swollen up with water.

Not wanting to disappoint after having gone this far, Lily moves forth with the next phase of her teasing, asking if her partner would love to see her diapers plump and swollen with water until they almost want to burst.
