STORY :

Anti-Supergirl was created after the real Supergirl flew through a cosmic cloud of radioactive particles while on a deep space mission. The cosmic cloud made an imperfect duplicate of Supergirl which allowed the clone to mimic her powers in every way, but making her evil instead of good and her personality bitchy instead of sweet.

Anti-Supergirl flew to Earth and easily captured Billy, one of Supergirl's dearest friends. She knows that Billy (like all of Supergirl's allies) is equipped with an ECPT (Electro Cardiographic Pulse Emitter) which is set to transmit a high-frequency pulse if y*ung Billy's heartbeat rises above a certain level of stress.

T*rmenting Billy by using her cruel words and her condescending tone of voice, Anti-Supergirl mocks and belittles Billy to the point where Billy finally becomes so stressed out that his ECPT activates and sends out the signal, which is sure to attract Supergirl's attention. this mean-spirited femdom behavior by the evil Supergirl makes Billy weep.

Supergirl flies in a short time later, landing on the ground. As she enters the home she sweeps it with her X-ray vision, but the house is lined with lead so she can't see anything. Switching to her super-hearing, Kara can hear l*ttle Billy crying in an adjacent room and she goes to investigate. Discovering Billy bound to a chair, she also discovers the evil Supergirl!

Evil Supergirl taunts y*ung Kara, talking about she's better than Supergirl because she's prettier, sluttier, and more powerful. She also says that she cannot rest until the 'fake' Supergirl has finally been disposed of. With that, Evil Supergirl pushes a button on her belt, and above Supergirl's head a special plate opens up and a kryptonite net falls down on top of Supergirl's body! Caught underneath the net, the potent green kryptonite radiation quickly robs Supergirl of all of her special powers and abilities, leaving her as weak as a kitten!

Powerless and weak, Supergirl tries to use her powers but none of them are working anymore. Evil Supergirl t*rments her prey by spanking her, tickling her, and taunting her to use her failing powers. She even tears off one of Supergirl's boots and leaves the heroine partially barefoot in the criminal's lair! Without invulnerability, and trapped under the net, Supergirl is h*t with a cattle prod multiple times, lighting up her nervous system like the fourth of July with powerful electric shocks and a dizzying display of neuro-shock therapy! Only by summoning the last reserves of her strength is she able to use a l*ttle blast of heat vision to disable the cattle prod by b*rning out the wiring in the mechanism, although this move expends the last fews ergs of solar power she had left in her solar batteries.

Pulled out from the kryptonite net, Supergirl is now weak and dizzy, c*mpletely powerless. She is tickled, spanked, and t*rmented. She tries to fight back, but it's useless. That is, until (in a final act of desperation) Supergirl lunges at her arch-nemesis and activates the button on Evil Supergirl's belt that sends down ANOTHER kryptonite net falling down... this time with the green net falling onto Evil Supergirl!

NOW it is time for Evil Supergirl to start s*ffering instead! Payback to be delivered!
