You're the newest hire at Zap Co and today is your training day. Training you is long-time Zap Co employee, Valora. Valora is training you on how to handle customer complaints in the customer service department. First, she shows you one of the products that Zap Co produces. It's their newest shrink ray. You look up and Valora is now towering over you. She picks you up and gives you two choices: You can either join the complaint department or you get the eating over with.
