Of course, you look strong rather then a s*ssy dancer relaxed in the examination room lying on the chair. When the Nurse enters carrying sounding equipment she thought you were napping, but suddenly you wake up. The nurse is horrified and begs for mercy. You remove all her clothing, including her silk stockings. You then stuff them into her mouth making sure she can't breathe. You continue to make her s*ffer as you sm*ther her with your beautiful feet...
