Lily Swan makes a return to prison where the introduction to her long sentence behind b*rs is a judicial caning punishment. Alongside Lily is new inmate, Delta hauser, found guilty of the same charges and facing the same jail time. This will be delta's first ever judicial caning and she is very nervous, especially when Lily tells her what to expect.

In part 2, after the medical, Lily is called for her caning punishment. She is tied to the bench, as prison guard, Johnny Lake, looks on... implement in hand. Once secured, Miss Swan is read the terms of punishment under local law as this part of her sentence is to be carried out. The prisoner is to receive 24 biting strokes with the Dragon Cane. Medical Officer Gregory calls out each stroke methodically and deliberately as Lily Swan's bared, exposed bottom is caned. Halfway through, her condition is checked as her clearly angry, reddening, welted bottom is given the go ahead for the remainder of the punishment. This film features the facial reactions shown first throughout the caning ordeal, then the close up caning angle is shown afterwards. This ensures that you will not miss one stroke, or p*ined expression without split screens or missing action shots, you will see everything, feel everything from the marks and tearful expressions captured! Once the punishment is finished, Lily is returned and a very nervous Delta faces the same punishment. It is interesting to note both girls reactions and welts from this cold caning punishment, for which these marks of shame will no doubt last for up to 2 weeks afterwards. The prisoners are allowed to soothe their sore, aching, marked bottoms with lotion... still naked, before they are processed for prison population. This is a very severe custom caning film with an accurate and well delivered caning with the precise amount of deliberate humiliation from the medical staff to ensure this entire punishment is an extraodinary and unforgettable piece of film making.
