Coworkers, Dixie and Chi Chi, are wiped out after a particularly difficult work week but their mood brightens when they realize it's time to check their ritual, weekly lottery ticket. It's just after 6:00 PM and the numbers have just been drawn so Dixie pulls the ticket from her purse and checks the numbers with her phone and to both of their surprise and amazement, they've won! They both jump up and dance around knowing all their troubles are over and they can quit their hated jobs.

When the celebrations settles down and the reality of their situation starts to kick in, Dixie starts looking at the back of the ticket for instructions on how they claim their prize and Chi Chi casually asks her what she's going to do with her 25%. Dixie replies that she thinks she means 50%, after all, they've always split the ticket 50/50. Chi Chi claims that it was her idea to play the lottery so she should get more, but Dixie obviously insists that they should split it 50/50, just like they paid for it.

Somehow Dixie always knew that if they ever won Chi Chi would try to cheat her out of her half and she just happens to have some rope in her bag so she grabs Chi Chi and starts to tie up her wrists thinking that she'll restrain her long enough to claim the prize and make sure it's split fairly. As Chi Chi fights and struggles, Dixie starts to think that maybe SHE should get a bigger share of the prize since she's having to deal with this nonsense. She ties up Chi Chi's ankles and legs above and below the knee then she stuffs her mouth with pantyhose and gags her with clear tape. She harnesses up her tits nice and tight and then b*ll ties her chest to her knees and wrists to her ankles so she's nice and tightly bound. Finally she puts a stocking over her face and puts her in a crotch rope for good measure as she leaves her there to struggle and goes off to claim her prize.
