I just recently purchased an aerial yoga hammock. You know the one. You see it on ads all the time. I really wanted to spice up My yoga routine. I just love silks, and I love yoga, so I thought this would be a great addition to My workout! It certainly has proved useful too. As soon as I received it in the mail I hung it up and have been in heaven since.

One of the first thoughts I had with this trapeze was if I could scissor someone while practicing yoga. It didn't take long to find out either! I had My setup for less than a week and wouldn't you know? My roommate Fluffy just gave Me a reason to take out My frustrations on him.

I was peacefully practicing my flow when in walks Fluffy. He loves to come and chat with Me at the most inopportune times, like when I am in a backbend grabbing My ankles in a deep meditative state. He keeps yammering about nothing in particular and then asks if I am in the middle of something. He says he will just go, and that's when I thought I would put My thought into motion. I first start with a standing headscissor and do a full backbend, flip him into an inverted armbar, then reverse scissor him. Next I swing around and Do a superman pose while his head is between My legs.

I love making him tap and today was no exception. The first time was when I scissored him till he just! You should see him turn bright purple before falling over. I had to slap him to get him up again. I even show My increased flexibility by taking the low handles and doing a full forward facing split before really giving it to him! This is when I make him for a second time! He just lays their knocked out and I get back into My swing. Namaste b*tches!
