"Your testicle is swollen."

Suddenly your phone rings.

"Hang on."

You speak to someone over the phone, in your native language (it can be about anything, haha) meanwhile the camera man is just waiting. After a l*ttle while, you finish, and return to the patient.

"Your left testicle is swollen, and it needs to be looked after for the next seven days. Keep testicle out of h*rm, don't do karate, and don't get into any fights."

You go back to looking at your phone, and notice the camera man is still there.

"You can go home now."

The camera man is still there.

"Look after your b*lls, that is all."

You continue looking at your phone.
