Custom Clip: "So those friends who you have not seen, think that you are the in shape woman that they remember.

In the clip you would pretend that your friends have reached out to you to make a workout and diet video for them because they all want to have your body.

You are wearing a sexy workout outfit that really shows off your sexy hot body the smaller the better and you have your spanx on. You have your bike out so that you can use it.

You model your outfit for the camera while you smoke a cigarette, you talk about how hard it is to make this video for your friends because you never workout but you have to pretend that you do.

You pretend to start the video and you talk about how you love to workout and stay fit and how hard you work on your body.

Then you start to show some workouts, you get onto the floor and do some exercises. You start to show some different workouts and how to do them.

The first rep or two of each exercise is easy but the next rep gets harder and harder (because you are out of shape) so you fail really quickly at the different exercises, you even surprise yourself how out of shape you are.

After failing on the floor you decide to do some cardio, so you start to ride your bike. You try and push yourself really hard. You start to struggle really quickly, you realize that it is really hard and you start to cough because you need a cigarette badly!

(You pretend that video is cut off) You grab a marlboro red because you are for a smoke, you are sweating and tired and hated that workout.

You look at the camera and talk about how you are going to have to cut this out of the video because you can’t show everyone how badly you needed that cigarette.

You smoke the cigarette posing while you do it, looking at your body...you talk about how horrible that workout was and how you hope you will never have to do that again.

When you finish the cig, it is time to move to the next part of the video. (you pretend to start the video) Diet...you start talking about how important your diet is how you always eat healthy while you are modeling your body. You give advice on healthy eating but as you are doing it you get hunger p*ins and you realize how hungry you are. You pretend to cut the video again.

You go off camera and grab a big a pizza. You start to devour the pizza and while you are eating you talk about how you wish the fat girls that are going to be watching your workout video could see you now. You take off your spanx and reveal your huge belly. You talk about what the reactions would be like from your friends if they saw your real belly. They would be so shocked to see how much weight you have gained and how much you are smoking.

You finish the pizza and have another marlboro red, you are so satisfied and happy, modeling your body for the camera." Enjoy!
